Order: This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this court, the court made the following order:- The Judicial Magistrate, Palani sought further extension of two months time to dispose of the case in Cr.M.P.No.2605 of 2014. 2.Time is extended for further period of two months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Palani to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
