Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SUBBARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAMASAMY, Advocate for the respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents are present.

3. The counsel for the petitioner filed a proof regarding the deposit of 50% of the maintenance amount to the credit of M.C.No.56 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli, as ordered by this Court on 22.09.2016.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the amount from the Court deposit, for which the learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In the light of the above, the interim stay already granted

by this Court on 22.09.2016, is made absolute.
