ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti to dispose of CC.No.24 of 2021 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that since the petitioner is likely to get a Government job, the pendency of CC.No.24 of 2021 would be detrimental to him. He therefore prayed for speedy disposal of CC.No.24 of 2021. 3.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that CC.No.24 of 2021 is filed very recently. There are 14 witnesses in the instant case and that the matter is posted on 29.04.2021.

4.In the circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti, is directed to dispose of CC.No.24 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.
