Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose and consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2019 in the light of the circular issued by the 1st respondent vide proceedings in Letter No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2019, in the light of the Circular issued by the first respondent dated 08.11.2017 in Letter No.41530/U1/2017, this writ petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. In view of the nature of order, which is going to be passed hereunder, no notice is required to the fifth respondent. 3.The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation before the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to take action against the fifth respondent herein, in respect of fraudulent registration of documents relating to the property of the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the Circular issued by the first respondent in Letter No.41530/U1/2017, dated 08.11.2017, deals with initiation of departmental action against an erring official in respect of fraudulent registration. Since no action is forthcoming on the representation of the petitioner, this writ petition has been filed.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed by the respondents.
5.In view of the above submission, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2019 in the light of Letter No.41530/U1/2017, dated 08.11.2017 issued by the first respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
