This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR in Crime No.582 of 2015 registered on the file of the first respondent as far as this petitioner is concerned. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has taken on file in C.C.No.51 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur. The petitioner's name though figured in the FIR has been deleted, while the final report was filed. The petitioner is not figuring as accused in this case.
