Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16378 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Special Court concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
