When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for R1 pointed out that C.C.No.213 of 2015 is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli against the petitioner herein. Therefore, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to move the said Criminal Court for getting permission https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to travel Abroad. As and when such application is filed, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, is directed to dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks thereafter. No costs.
