2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the trial is completed in this matter on 05.05.2021 and the petitioner was acquitted.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
