ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition with liberty to file a petition for discharge before the Lower Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to file a petition for discharge before the Lower Court, which shall consider all the grounds meticulously.
