Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry with the 5th respondent as per the order of the 2nd respondent in O.M. No.74801/C3/E3/2018, dated 27.11.18 and take action as per the outcome of the enquiry and stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by B. PUGALENDHI, J.) The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry with the 5th respondent as per the order of the 2nd respondent in O.M. No.74801/C3/E3/2018, dated 27.11.18 and take action as per the outcome of the enquiry and stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. The writ petitioner gave a report against the 5th respondent alleging that she is not conducting English classes properly and during the class hours, she is always speaking mobile phone in the class room. A complaint was given to the Chief Minister Cell, from where it was forwarded to the Office of the Directorate of School Education, who has inturn forwarded it to the Chief Education Officer, Karur, for enquiry.
3. While that being so, the writ petitioner has filed the present Public Interest Litigation for a direction to the Chief Educational Officer, Karur District, Karur to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent.
4. Heard Mr.R. Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner.
5. Even according to the Writ petitioner, the instant writ petition is filed based on anonymous letter from some aggrieved parents. We do not find any merit in this Writ Petition.
