O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and his family members and their school going children forthwith pursuant to the complaint dated 20.02.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side).

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that third parties due to personal enmity, are preventing the petitioner and his family members from entering into his own house.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint made in this regard dated 20.02.2015 may be looked into.

5. Considering the nature of complaint, the second respondent is directed to look into the same and take appropriate action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
