The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuing a direction to the first respondent to take action, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.11.2017.

2. According to the petitioner, he made a representation to the first respondent on 21.05.2014 and also sent a remainder on 28.11.2017 and on receiving the same on 30.11.2017, no action has been taken by the second respondent for registering the First Information Report. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to consider his representation, dated 28.11.2017.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint, dated 21.05.2014 was enquired into and the same has been closed and hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the fact that, earlier the complaint was considered and the same has been closed, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.
