ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute in respect of the property in No.6A, Kothandaram Mill Road, Nallamuthupillai Road, Keerathurai, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.717 of 2016, before the learned District Munsif, Madurai Town, seeking permanent injunction restraining the defendants from vacating the petitioner from the disputed property, and no injunction was granted in favour of the petitioner. Pending suit, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the second respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4. In view of the fact that a suit is pending before the competent Court, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
