ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.418 of 2020.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Sankarankovil Town Police Station, after concluding investigation in Crime No.418 of 2020, filed a referred charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sanakarankovil, after issuing notice to the present petitioner/defacto complainant. He also produced a copy of the notice served on the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner, if aggrieved by the referred charge sheet filed by the respondent police, can approach the concerned Court and file a protest petition, if so advised.
