ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.894 of 2019, dated 05.09.2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that it is a second Crl.O.P and the earlier the petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8846 of 2019 was withdrawn by him on 02.07.2019.

3. Since the petitioner has not mentioned the above said fact in the present Criminal Original Petition, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed due to suppression of the facts. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
