ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the first respondent will dispose of the petition mentioned revision petition within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. If there are any interested parties, they will have to be necessarily heard.

3.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
