This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his property for constructing damaged drainage line in the house site and shops situated at Kalappakulam Village, Sankarankovil Taluk in Survey No.570/2, 571/1, admeasuring 10 cents, based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. This Court is not willing to go into the allegations made by the petitioner against the third parties. However, it is seen from the records produced by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the objector has given a letter dated 22.03.2015, stating that he would take recourse to the civil Court.

4. In view of the same, there cannot be any more apprehension. Recording the said letter dated 22.03.2015, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
