This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in any civil dispute, which is pending before the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Theni in O.S.No.51 of 2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), however, submitted on instructions that petition enquiry was conducted and the complaint as against the petitioner was closed. He also submitted that the respondents are not going to conduct any enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and that therefore, there is no harassment or interference.
