ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the proposal forwarded by the 5th respondent dated 27.07.2018 in respect of the approval of the petitioner's appointment as Watchman in the 5th respondent school, with effect 11.06.2018, this writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. In view of the nature of order, which is going to be passed hereunder, no notice is required to the fifth respondent. 3.The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as a Watchman in the 5th respondent school by order dated 11.06.2018. Seeking approval for the said post, the 5th respondent school sent a proposal dated 27.07.2018 to the respondents 1 to 4. Since no order has been passed on the proposal submitted by the 5th respondent, this writ petition has been filed.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the case of the petitioner will be considered based on the proposal submitted by the fifth respondent and necessary orders be passed, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.In view of the above submission, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the proposal sent by the fifth respondent dated 27.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
