ORDER
The petitioner wants to conduct the petition mentioned event on 05.03.2020. I am not inclined to pass any positive direction because the petitioner has come literally at the last minute. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would point out that he made a request and the same was received on 28.02.2020. 3.The learned Government Advocate states that in the very same street, a mosque is also situated and therefore, problem may arise. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's community and the Muslims are living in amity and that therefore if an enquiry is conducted and both the parties agreed, there cannot be any objection for holding the program. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.4565 of 2020 5.In this view of the matter, the respondent is called upon to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2020. If the representatives of the Muslim Community are not opposing, there cannot be any objection for permitting the event of cultural program and light music program in the eve of the Arulmigu Kasiviswanathar Temple, Masimaham Festival on 05.03.2020.
6.With this direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
