This petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.192 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli and the same has not been taken on file.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the final report, it is open to the petitioners to pursue their remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
