ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.91 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, Madurai District to the file of Family Court, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District.

2. The petitioner is now residing in Ramanathapuram. It is submitted that the petitioner and the respondent resided initially in Madurai. However, the petitioner is now residing in Ramanathapuram and unable to travel from Ramanathapuram to Madurai for hearing. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no means to support herself and the travel would entail not only expenditure but also hardship.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. H.M.O.P.No.91 of 2021 is directed to be transferred from Family Court, Madurai, Madurai District to the Family Court, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District. The Family Court, Ramanathapuram shall endeavour to complete the proceedings preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
