O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.1009 of 2013.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police seeks time to complete the investigation.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.1009 of 2013 within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
