ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the two complaints, one from the present petitioner and another from the third respondent were received by the second respondent / Inspector of Police, S.P.Pattinam Police Station, Ramanathapuram, and both the complaints were registered in C.S.R.Nos.39 and 33 of 2021 respectively and posted for enquiry. His further contention is that the matter in dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent is purely civil in nature.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3752 of 2021 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to dispose of C.S.R.Nos.33 and 39 of 2021, based on findings and on merits, after giving notice and sufficient opportunity to the third respondent and the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/ uploading of the order. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
