This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records connected with the case in Crime No.14 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completing the investigation in crime No.14 of 2015, charge sheet has been laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Rajapalayam in C.C.No.133 of 2017. Hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.
