O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, to accept common blood sureties instead of solvent sureties in case in Crime No.213 of 2016 and 243 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.213 of 2016 and 243 of 2016 on the file of the respondent. The petitioner filed a Bail application before the learned Judicial Magistrate(FAC), Thirumangalam and the Bail was granted, subject to condition that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for the satisfaction of the Court. Aggrieved by the order that the petitioner should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- and with two sureties each for the satisfaction of the Court, the above Criminal Original petition is filed.

4. The petitioner was charged for the offences under Section 392 and 397 I.P.C. Having regard to the gravity of the offences alleged in the complaint against the petitioner, the condition imposed by the lower Court appears to be reasonable and this Court does not find any reason to interfere with this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
