O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and not to interfere into the matter in which the petitioner has no way connected with any transaction between his wife and others.

2. The petitioner has stated in this petition that his wife met with an accident while on the way to Chennai to Sivakasi and died. It is stated that the petitioner's wife had received amount from several individuals under the promise of getting them employment and that the money was also paid to some Ministers for getting them jobs. Since the individuals, who have given money did not get any employment, it is stated by the petitioner that the said individuals who could not collect the amount from the Ministers to whom the money was paid by the petitioner's wife has given a complaint. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come forward with this petition stating that the respondent police at the instigation of individuals is harassing the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

even though he has no connection.

3. The petitioner is not able to identify those individuals, who have given complaint against the petitioner, so that the matter can be enquired by this court by passing appropriate orders. Unfortunately, the petitioner says that he does not know anything about the individuals who have complained. It is unbelievable and the petitioner appears to have come up with a concocted story about the harassment. This petition is filed only with an ulterior motive.
