ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner from the date of joining i.e. 29.04.2008 and to grant all accrued monetary benefits and arrears, by considering his representation dated 28.03.2019 within the time limit stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel, who takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that seeking to regularise his services and pay monetary benefits, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 28.03.2019 to the respondent. However, no orders have been passed by the respondent, on the said representation. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking appropriate direction to the respondent.

4.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondent on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the

respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
