Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus restraining the fourth respondent from in any way restraining the petitioner from conducting on coming Chitra festival of the year 2019 in the Sri Pambalamman Temple is situate at Thulukkampatti, Manapparai Taluk under the colour of authority and also on fore coming years to conduct festival by the petitioner till the final disposal of the O.A.10 of 2017 pending on the file of the second respondent.
