O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.123 of 2012 dated 26.04.2012 within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), however, on instructions submitted that the case was registered in the year 2012 and that a final report is likely to be filed within a period of two months.

3. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report in Crime No.123 of 2012, before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
