2.The petitioners want the respondents to carry out survey and measurement in respect of the petition mentioned lands. The learned counsel for the petitioners asserts that there is no rival claim. 3.Taking note of the said submission, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to conclude the survey exercise within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the respondents 2 and 3 encounter any resistance or opposition and if any other legal impediment crops up, the respondents 2 and 3 shall relegate the petitioners to move appropriate civil Court. 4.With this observation, these writ petitions are disposed of. No Costs.
