This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.34 of 2014.
2. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the matter stands referred as 'mistake of fact', this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed. The respondent police are directed to furnish a copy of the referred charge sheet to the petitioner within a period of one week from today. It is open to the petitioner to move protest petition if considered appropriate, within a period of one month from today.
