(MD) NO. 15214 of 2016 dated 19.08.2016 on the file of the Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MAHENDRAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for respondent submitted that petitioners have not complied with the conditions for two days.

3. Considering the nature of the offences and submissions of both sides to the effect that the petitioners are strictly complying with the condition imposed by this Court by the order dated 19.08.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.15214 of 2016 except on two dates, this Court is constrained to relax the same and accordingly, the condition is relaxed.
