PRAYER :- for bail in Crime No. 31 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner herein was arrested for the offence under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein wielded knife and snatched Rs.350 from the defacto complainant on 01.02.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and the allegations levelled against him in the First Information Report is not true and he is no way connected with the said incident.

CRL OP(MD). No.4074 of 2020 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is involved is robbing money under threat. He would also submit that three previous cases of similar nature are pending against him and sofar as this case is concerned knife has been recovered from the petitioner herein. If the petitioner is released on bail, there is every possibility of indulging in similar offence by the petitioner and he may abscond and not available for completion of trial.

5. Considering the above serious objections raised by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the antecedents of the petitioner herein, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The prosecution is directed to complete the investigation and file final report at the earliest.
