PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.2220 of 2020 dated 21.01.2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District and consequently for a direction directing the respondent to file a FIR before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time framed by this Court. This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the First Information Report in pursuance to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, in Crl.M.P.No.2220 of 2020 dated 21.01.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that a case in Crime No.18 of 2021 has been registered on the file of the respondent police. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
