PETITIONS FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- to pass an order relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD) Nos.19616, 19629 and 19573 of 2019 dated 30.12.2019 in Crime Nos.03 of 2011, 159 of 2008 and 158 of 2008, on the file of this Court.

COMMON ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- These three petitions are filed for relaxing the bail condition. The petitioner, who jumped bail, was subsequently arrested and granted bail on condition by this Court order dated 30.12.2019 and one of the conditions is to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m., until further orders. The report call from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, indicates that the petitioner was absent in the evening 05.00 p.m on 26.02.2020 and 04.03.2020. He was absent at both morning and evening on the following dates; 19.01.2020, 08.02.2020, 27.02.2020, 01.03.2020 and 08.03.2020.

2.Considering the irregular reporting, this Court is of the view that till the committal of the case to the Sessions Court and issuance of 207 of Cr.P.C., papers, the condition cannot be relaxed. Hence, these petitions are dismissed.
