The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that even an FIR is yet to be registered. The earlier complaint given by the petitioner was closed and the parties were advised to move the Civil Court. Even an FIR has not been registered, the question of transfer of investigation does not arise. This criminal original petition is misconceived. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
