ORDER

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that a complaint has been received against the petitioner to the effect that even though he is not the owner of the said property in question, he chose to receive money and grant lease. When the original owner came to know about the same, he took possession of the property. Now, the so called lessee is said to have complained against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has been summoned.

3.The petitioner states that he is ready to return the amount in question, so as to give quietus to the matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4496 of 2020 4.Therefore, after hearing the learned counsel on either side, the following directions are issued:- (i)If the first respondent wants to enquire the petitioner, formal summons will be sent.

(ii)If the first respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner will be duly intimated, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

5.With this directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
