ORDER

The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to grant permission for conducting the petition mentioned event. The petitioner's counsel states that there is no rival claim. The petitioner had already given representations in this regard on 17.02.2020 and again on 28.02.2020. The second respondent is directed to grant permission for conducting the petition mentioned event. It is of course open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions for ensuring the smooth conduct of the evident. The petitioner agrees to abide by the same. The proceedings will be issued by the second respondent by 06.03.2020 itself in this regard.
