RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.(MD).No.6471 of 2020 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.11872 of 2020 dt.4.12.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.MANAVALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6471 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11872 of 2020, dated 04.12.2020.

2.It is seen that this Court granted bail to the petitioner on 29.10.2020 with a condition that the petitioner should stay at Villupuram and report before the Villupruam Town Police Station daily at 10.00 am.m and 5.00 pm., until further orders. The said condition was relaxed and this Court directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

3.Thereafter, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.600 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11872 of 2020 to relax the modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2807 of 2021 condition and this Court by an order dated 17.03.2021 modified the earlier condition and directed the petitioner to report before the committal Court on every Monday at 10.30 am., until the case is committed to the Court of Sessions. Now the petitioner filed the present petition to relax the above said condition. 4.On perusal of records shows that the case is yet to be committed and PRC.No.1 of 2021 is still pending and the same was posted on 19.04.2021 for the appearance of the accused.
