O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.59 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ramjee Nagar Police Station, Trichy. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that during pendency of this petition, the first respondent conducted investigation in Crime No.59 of 2022 and filed final report, on 06.02.2024, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, which is yet to be taken on file.

3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the grounds raised in this petition before the trial Court at the time of trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
