This direction petition is filed to give adequate police protection for surveying his land in S.No.214/1, Pandavarmangalam village, Kovilpatti Sub Registry to an extent of 1287 Sq. Ft and fix the boundaries in it based on his complaint dated 11.03.2013. 2.The petitioner seeks police protection to survey his land and fix the boundaries through his complaint dated 11.03.2013. Now, 5-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
