O R D E R

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondents 2 and 3.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that based on the assurances given by the petitioner, quite a few persons had deposited sums of money in a company named by the petitioner. The company did not pay any interest or dividend nor it retuned the deposits made by the victims. This has given raise to a complaint against the petitioner. The petitioner was summoned and he is said to have appeared on 20.02.2020 and thereafter he did not turn up. 3.Be that as it may, if any complaint has been registered against the petitioner and the police wants to enquire him, they shall send summons in writing. If the respondents 2 and 3 intend to implicate the petitioner in any FIR, the respondents 2 and 3 will intimate the petitioner so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
