ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Solicitor General submitted that there are Court proceedings pending against the petitioner.

2.It appears that the cases have matured into Summary Trial Cases (S.T.C). Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Criminal Court for getting permission to travel abroad. As and when such an application is filed by the petitioner, the Court concerned shall dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
