ORDER

This revision has been filed as against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2068 of 2020 in S.C.No.77 of 2019, dated 02.02.2021, on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul, thereby dismissing the petition for discharge. 2.The petitioners are arraigned as Accused Nos.5 and 6 in S.C.No.77 of 2019 and had taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 120(b), 109, 147, 148, 341, 307 (2 counts), 302 r/w 149 of I.P.C.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that now the trial has been commenced and the prosecution examined so far P.W.1 to P.W.4. 4.As the charges have been framed against the petitioners, there is no question of discharge.
