ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22726 of 2024, dated 20.12.2024.

2. Mr.J.Vishnu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation. He further submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender. Hence, he prays before this Court to modify the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.8(b) imposed by this Court in the order dated 20.12.2024 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22726 of 2024, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court weekly twice (i.e., on Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m.,) until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
