ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks assignment of the petition mentioned property. The petitioner has given a representation dated 05.02.2019 in this regard. The second respondent is the authority competent to consider the petitioner's request. 3.The second respondent shall pass orders on the petitioner's request for assignment of the petition mentioned land on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.It is made clear that it is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This Court has not given any positive direction in favour of the writ petitioner. The only direction that is now given is that the petitioner's request would be disposed of.
