The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.83 of 2024 has filed this application to quash the FIR pending against him. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that in this case, investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.53 of 2024. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
