O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to take necessary action to the further statement of the complaint dated 07.10.2014 of the petitioner relating to Crime No.649 of 2013 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The petitioner is the complainant in Crime No.649 of 2013. He made a further statement by way of a complaint dated 07.10.2013. As the said complaint was not taken note of, the present petition has been filed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subsequent complaint dated 07.10.2013 has not been taken note of.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating with the investigation, despite summons issued. The said allegation is refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to be present before the respondent police on 20.04.2015 along with the copy of the complaint dated 07.10.2014 and after receiving the said complaint, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent will have to proceed further and complete the investigation within a period of four months thereafter.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
