When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submissions and endorsement made by learned counsel for petitioner, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
